Terms and conditions.

1.     General Information

 

1.1 The Renegade Rally or any Renegade event (All “Event’) is not a race or competition. The company, director, and organiser does not condone any form of street racing; a failure to comply with this may result in consequences from the relevant laws or authorities  1.2 You will not compete or engage in any competitive actions with other participants of the Event. You must comply with all the local laws and regulations and drive in a safe and orderly manner as not to endanger the wellbeing of the general public and other members of the rally. If found to be driving what is assumed to be recklessly and without due care and attention. The right is reserved by the organizer to remove you from the Event without question immediately. This may prohibit you from future events and activities relating to any Renegade Rally event. Bets are forbidden concerning the Event.                                                                                  

1.3 Your participation in the Event and payment of the initial Deposit (where applicable) shall be taken as your agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined above and below. If you have any problems concerning the Event or its terms, you should contact the organizer for further details. If you believe for any reason that you cannot accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not attend or participate in the Event.

 

     

2.     License

 

You must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license to participate in the event. It is not the responsibility of the Renegade Rally to ensure and maintain the possession of the appropriate legal forms and documents that are a requiem for the event.

 

 

 

 

3.     Insurance

 

 

3.1 You must arrange and carry evidence of your own personal and appropriate insurance for participation in the event. This is a personal responsibility and not that of the company or any of its vendors.                                                                        3.2 You agree to check with the relevant insurance company that your participation I Renegade Rally is covered within their regulations and permutations.                      3.3 Upon arrival to the event, during sign in, you may be asked to provide proof of insurance. (see section 4.1) You must always carry physical copies of the relevant insurance.

 

 

4.     Deposit and Payment

 

4.1 The “Renegade Rally 2020” Event is two (2) persons per car only with a set per person price for the event. All pricing and further information  detailed at www.renegaderally.co.uk                                                                                           

4.2 You are responsible and liable for paying the Deposit and any recurring payments, fines, fees, and additional costs that may arise for yourself and any other team member before notification of the organizer. Any team members that have not been authorized and or agreed with the organizer will be removed without question from the event, and you will get invoiced with the standard single team member price, and payment will get billed within seven days of the distribution of the above invoice.         

5.3 Participation in Renegade Rally is only validated upon the receiving of the deposit amount and with confirmation of the Event organizer. At this point, no spaces or numbers will be confirmed or reserved, and so the company reserves the right to distribute unsold places if the Deposit is not received within the date that you may inform the organizer.

 

 

 

5.     Age

 

To Participate in the Renegade Rally, you must be 18 or above on or before the first day of the event. Any additional passengers, such as another team member, are not required to have a full UK license but have also been a minimum of 18 years of age.

 

6.     Refunds

 

6.1 If, for whatever reason, you have to withdraw from any Renegade event, you should immediately notify the Organiser.                                                                  

6.2 You agree from the date your Deposit is received by the Organiser, all of the Entry Fee you have paid will be non-refundable under any circumstances.   

6.3 Refunds may be applicable in the terms outlined in the rally page, although this is subject to dispute and, if outside, of the original agreement are not enforceable.                                                                                   

6.4 The Organiser retains the right at any stage to modify the recommended route without refunding any entry fees. Subject to the notifying of participants.                                              6.5 With notice, refunds of the two staggered payments may get considered, but not guaranteed if you are not able to complete them due to personal or financial circumstances. You must notify the organizer immediately if any of these circumstances dictate.

 

 

7.     Transferral of placement

 

7.1 Upon payment of the Deposit. The fee may not be transferred or used as payment for any future events or activities held by the company and organizer.

7.2 If, for any reason, you would like to transfer the booked place to another individual. You must contact the organizer within eight weeks of the events starting date. The organizer withholds the right to approved or rejects the proposed transferee and their potential members or team.

 

 

 

 

8.     Participants and Rights

 

8.1 Participation in the event is only permitted to those who pay the deposit amount.         8.2 Members unknown to the Organizer or event who have not previously attempted to contact the relevant parties will be deemed to be unrecognized and so will not be authorized members of the event or any team.                                                         

8.3 As in (section 8.2,) any unrecognized members beknown to the organizer and seen to be participating in the event will be immediately charged and invoiced. If this person is of relation to yourself or a team member surplus to the already nominated persons in your car, you will be liable to payment of the charges.                                                                                    8.4 A Participant shall not invite a person to the event without being the named driver or team member recognized by the Organizer.                                                        

8.5 For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the event includes but is not limited to: Being a team member were not permitted by the organizer or relevant parties; Using organized facilities that may incur fee or charges; Attending Renegade Rally team briefs where not registered and licensed; Participation in meets at checkpoints and using approved Renegade merchandise for personal access and gain to organized clubs and facilities made available by the organizer. The Entry Fee to the Event does not include personal purchases and disbursements comprising, without restriction, fuelling and or charging mobile bills or other costs and expenditures incurred when residing at any of the hotels or premises (including courier / postal charges relating to the delivery of stickers, merchandising and room service charges), penalties of any kind, or damage caused at any location visited.

   

 

 

9.     Hotel Rooms and Amenities

 

9.1 Inclusive of the price of your booking with Renegade Rally, you will receive one hotel room for each night of your stay in the outlined cities and or towns on the event quota.

9.2 Each room offered will include either a king bed or twin beds for team members to share and use.

 

10. Responsibility

 

10.1 The Organiser accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) the possibility of refused entry in any of the arranged clubs, hotels, and checkpoints. The organizer is not held responsible for damage or loss of contents of your vehicle by way of temporary control of its pursuant.

10.2 Any cost that may be incurred by your own or other team members' actions are not the responsibility of the organizer, and they will reserve the right to recover the resulting fees or fines.

 10.3  You must adhere to UK Road Laws by ensuring you provide valid and suitable registration plates for the front and rear of your vehicle. Failure to subscribe to this will be at the discretion of local police and or authorities as to what the resulting fines or fees may be. Renegade Rally is not responsible for the incurring of these fees. You must maintain the state of your vehicle and make sure it complies with the applicable laws permitted by the law. All drivers must obtain and carry a copy of their driver's license and relevant insurance in line with the vehicle they are entered in the rally. Proof of tax and the necessary documentation must be kept for access by the authorities at any and all times. Any information that you provide the organiser with concerning personal details of yourself and your vehicle must be accurate in all material aspects, and you must ensure this to be correct to the best of your knowledge.

 

 

11. Compliance

 

11.1 You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the nation and states in which you are driving ("Relevant Laws"), including without limitation all speed limits, traffic laws, laws relating to the protection of your car and regulations relating to the presence or use of alcohol, narcotics or other prohibited substances

11.2 You will take part in the event in the vehicle you mentioned. You will only be able to take part in another car before the permission of the Organiser (which it is free to withdraw in its absolute discretion). If the Organizer does not object to your inclusion in a vehicle other than the one specified in the entry form, you will be denied access to further involvement in the case (and you will not be entitled to a refund of your entry fee).                                                                            11.3 The person(s) attending the event and called on the entry form will engage in the activity. If for whatever reason, you are unable to participate, your place of entry is not transferable, but you may transfer your position to another person as defined in (section 7).

 

12. Safety

 

You must not operate or drive your vehicle if your capacity to do this safely and properly is impaired in any way by sickness, lack of adequate rest, or other factors.

 

13. Indemnity

 

It is a condition of your entry to the Event that you agree to indemnify the Organiser, director and any organizing and relating vendors or parties against any claims, lawsuits, and causes of action whatsoever or howsoever arising and brought against the Organiser by any third party as a result of your work or participation in the Event, including without limitation, your violation of any Applicable Laws or laws or regulations or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

14. Conduct

 

14.1 You must maintain an orderly manner of conduct and abide by the rules of the hotels, clubs, and vendors arranged by the organizer.                                                                              14.2 When “checking in” at registration, you accept that all charges that you may incur in the way of damages to the hotel property and its assets are liable to be paid by you and other involving team members. These charges may be taken by the organizer or hotel directly by way of Credit or Debit Card in line with the hotel and company policies.

 

 

 

15. Intoxicating substances  

 

15.1 You must not consume alcohol while driving.                                                

15.2 It is forbidden to drive while under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substance at any time.                                                         

 15.3 If found that you are driving under the influence of any legal or illegal intoxicating substances, the organizer reserves the right to immediately remove you from the event and ban you from future events hosted by Renegade Rally.                                                               15.4 On occasion, the organizer and employees, may conduct Breathalyzer tests on drivers. Failure to comply with these tests may result in termination of your place in the rally and participation in future events.

 

 

 

16. Logos

 

16.1 You agree to apply the official Renegade Rally sticker set to your car under your jurisdiction and acknowledge your right to maintain the condition of the labels throughout the event. These consist of the company name, logo, and participating sponsors, parties, and vendors involved in the arranging of this event. Numbers, promotion, and web addresses included under the above.                                                                                        16.2 You shall not, under any circumstances, deface or alter the look of the provided sticker set and must concede to maintain the conditions of these at all times. As a result of this, the director and organizer take no responsibility in the case of claims for vehicle damage during the process of application and removal.                                                                                                 16.3 You shall not have the right to use any of the logos, trademarks, or names of the Organiser, partners, or sponsors for any purpose whatsoever.                                                  16.4 The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused to your vehicle during the official sticker pack application or removal. As you agree to apply the sticker set yourself, this is in no way the responsibility of any of the arranging parties, directors, or organizers.

 

 

17. Sponsorship

 

17.1 You may gain your own sponsorship for the rally and apply these to your car next to, and with the official renegade rally sticker set.                                                     

17.2 These stickers can be placed anywhere on the vehicle as long as they do not obscure any official company logos or text. In the event that they cover or distort any branding, you will be asked to remove or reposition the stickers to another part of the car.

17.1 You are limited by personal sponsorship to 4 stickers. 4 sponsors.         

17.8 You must not apply sponsorship from any rival or competing rally companies or events. failure to comply with this will result in the removal of stickers from your vehicle.                                              

 

 

 

18. Force Majeure

 

18.1 The Organiser, its directors, employees, sponsors, advisors, agents, and consultants are not responsible if they cannot fulfill their obligations resulting from this contract (including without limit the holding of the Event or any part of it) in cases of fire, earthquake, epidemic diseases announced by the World Health Organisation, cyclone, flood, aridity, strike, lightning, war in the country, revolution, civil war, terrorist activities and similar troubles, blockade, embargo, confiscation and expropriation, and in other cases defined as Force Majeure by any applicable laws and Applicable Laws and regulations.

 18.2 The Organiser cannot be held responsible if it can't fulfill any one of its obligations or if a delay occurs in fulfilling its obligations due to any reason or situation beyond its will power and control, including but not limited to incidents arising from the operations of law enforcement in any territory, the general instructions of any relevant official institution, provisions of law, regulation and statute, instructions given by authorized officials such as police and government officials, extraordinary situations, and other force majeure events. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Organiser decides to call off the Event either before the Event or during the Event due to an incident (such as a death or serious injury in connection with the Event, or an event that otherwise naturally detracts from the Event), such Event will be considered to be a force majeure event by this clause, and the Organiser will have no liability, in particular and without limitation, to refund the Deposit or total amount to any Participant.

 

 

19. Plagiarism

 

By purchasing a place on “Renegade Rally 2020,” you agree that you not in any way attempt to copy and re-create a similar rival event that may infringe on the terms and conditions set by the company. If found to be breaking the rules of this amendment, the company and director reserves the right to take legal action against you and the relevant and appropriate parties.

 

 

20. Refusal

 

20.1 The organizer of Renegade Rally reserves the right to refuse or reject your entry and participation in the event at any times for any reason they may have (with no obligation to disclose the reason)                                                     

20.2 In the case of the refusal of entry or cancellation of the event, no refund of the Deposit will be made or due to participants.

 

 

21. Violation of terms

 

Should you violate any of the above terms and conditions, or refuse to follow the instructions given to you by the Organizer or any of its staff or candidates during the Event, further involvement in the Event may be forbidden.

 

 

 

 

22. Image Rights

 

22.1 By agreeing to participate in the event, you accept and consent to be photographed and filmed for promotional material and documentation for the event in its entirety.                                                                                     22.2 For the avoidance of doubt, you at this moment waive any rights of publicity and privacy and accept with the grant, royalty-free license to use and distribute captured content that may or may not include your appearance for social and economic exploitation in any manner throughout the world in its perpetuity.                                                               22.3 You further agree and accept that the organizer has the sole discretion to use and or reject any photographs and footage in which you may appear. If the footage is used, it will be edited and used at the organizer's discretion.                                                                         22.4 By purchasing "Renegade Rally 2020" you agree to the use of your name, image, likeness, voice and biographical material relating to you with any captured footage, press releases, merchandising and promotion material and waive the right for the organizer to use these for any publicity and promotional activity.                                                                          22.5 You concede to, and comprehensively release the organizer, director, vendors and relative parties from any claims for which you may have on the grounds of invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of actions as result of the running of the event, distribution, promotion and use of material captured within the entirety of the event.

 

23. Personal Filming

 

23.1 You have the right to take photos and film footage of your involvement in the Activity exclusively for non-commercial purposes (for personal and private use only).   23.2 Without first obtaining the prior written consent of the Organiser, you are not entitled to reproduce or use photographs or footage of the Event on any website for commercial gain, in any printed media or material, or in any television program.                                                            23.3 In all circumstances (both commercial and non-commercial), you agree not to photograph, record, reproduce, publicize digitally, or in printed media any road traffic accidents, which may occur during the Event.

 

 

24. Term conditions and changes

 

24.1 The director and organizer retain the right to amend or change these terms at any time subject to making the client aware of the potential changes and their importance relating.

 24.2 It shall be taken that by purchasing the product “Renegade Rally 2020” or any other Renegade Event that you endemically agree to the terms and conditions above.

 

 

25. Service Agent

 

You irrevocably designate the person you have described above as your lawyer to provide administration of any proceedings under clause 28 below on your behalf in England or Wales. Such service shall be deemed to have been completed upon delivery to such agent (whether or not it is transmitted to and received by you) and shall be valid until prior written notice has been given to the Organiser that such agent has ceased to act as agent. If such agent ceases to be able to act as an agent for any reason or no longer has an address in England or Wales, you shall immediately appoint a replacement acceptable to the Organizer and provide us with the name and address of the new agent and fax number and email address within the boundaries of England and Wales.

 

26. English Law

 

 

English law governs these terms and conditions, and you as a result of this irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales about any disputes arising from the terms of this agreement including non-contractual disputes and concerning its subject matter or formation

 

27. Confidentiality

 

You agree to keep the specifics of any events that arise during the Event private and not reveal them to any third party, including without restriction all reports of any road traffic accidents that may occur during the Event.

 

28.  Entire Agreement

 

Such Terms and Conditions of Admission, the Waiver and the Entry Requirements Form,  comprise the whole agreement between the parties which supersede all prior contracts, understandings, or agreements formed between the parties, whether verbally or in the paper.

 

 

 

 

 

WAIVER
Release and Waiver of Responsibility

 

 

1.   Risks Associated with Participation

I understand and agree that participating in an event such as the Renegade Rally (the "Event") is potentially dangerous and that there are many risks associated with my involvement. Such risks and hazards include, but are not limited to, traffic accidents, pedestrian collisions, vehicles, other drivers and fixed or moving objects, and negligence on the part of other drivers. Furthermore, I fully understand and accept that my participation in the Event may result in serious bodily injury and death to myself or others. I do know and agree that the path of the case would include travelling on public roads where traffic hazards are to be anticipated.

2.   Assumption of the Risks

With full knowledge and understanding of the risks associated with my participation in the Event, I voluntarily and fully accept the Event and take any such chance of loss, damage, or personal injury (including death).

3.   Compliance with Terms and Conditions

I consent to comply with all the terms and conditions of entry of the case. I agree and accept that the event organizer should make reasonable efforts to ensure that all other participants comply with the terms and conditions of participation, but cannot promise the participants themselves to abide by these terms and conditions.

4. Release of Liability

Given being permitted to participate in the Event, I at this moment disclaim, withdraw, and indefinitely cancel, for myself, my parents, executors, managers and legal representatives, any privileges and lawsuits that I have, may or may subsequently have against the Organiser, directors vendors, event sponsors and relevant parties concerned for any losses, personal injuries I

 Even where damages, injuries (including death) and claims are caused by negligence on the part of the persons referred to above or otherwise (including the transport of my vehicle by air arranged by the Organiser) except that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting the liability of the Organizer for personal injury or death arising out of such damage.

Further, I covenant not to sue the Organiser, its directors, vendors, event sponsors and relevant parties for all damages, personal injuries (including death), and claims which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly arising out of my participation in the Event. This release and discharge includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, death, property damage, economic loss, breach of contract, lost wages, contribution indemnity, indemnity, punitive damages, negligence, or any other legally recognizable claim arising out of my participation in the Event (including all legal costs associated with such requests).

5. Indemnity

I as a result of this Agreement to release, protect, indemnify and keep safe the Organiser, organizers, promoters, event partners and the parties concerned from and against any lawsuits, claims, penalties, complaints, liabilities or proceedings resulting directly or indirectly from or otherwise arising out of my involvement in the Event, whether made or alleged during or after the Activity, including all associated costs. I have reviewed this document, fully understand its content, and acknowledge that by signing it, I have given up considerable privileges.

I did this willingly and without inducement, intimidation, or duress. I intend to make this Waiver a complete and unconditional release, to the greatest extent permitted by law, of all liability. I accept that, if any part of this Waiver is deemed invalid, the rest of the Waiver shall remain in full force and effect. Please note that by completing the entry form and accepting these terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us to participate in the Event on these terms and conditions.

 

Through paying your Deposit and booking your position, you accept and acknowledge that:

(a) you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) you consent and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement;                

(c) you have read, fully understand and accept the terms and conditions of the Waiver;

(d) you acknowledge and agree that you could do so.
